Ashley's Background

Ashley passed the bar in 2000 and she was hired by the Bexar County Criminal District Attorney’s Office in 2001 to serve as an Assistant Criminal District Attorney, until she left in 2012.  She spent the vast majority of that time as a Felony Prosecutor assigned to both the White Collar Crime Division and the Felony Trial Division.  During that time, she tried over 100+ jury and bench trials, from crimes ranging from drug offenses to murder, as well as financial crimes and crimes against children involving the internet.  Since leaving the office, she has been a partner at Foster & Foster, PLLC, a San Antonio headquartered law firm.
